About Finch Harbor

Finch Harbor recruits full-time employees for US businesses.

You have a role; we hire someone for it. You tell us the job, we recruit against your job description, you interview the candidates and choose your person.

We recruit people who already do the work you need done.

We recruit to one standard, C2 English. Every job runs through the same hiring system. On our first call we work out the job with you: the real work, and what a great and a bad person in that seat look like. From that we write a scorecard. Applicants send a video application and sit a structured interview scored against the scorecard. The ones who pass the interview take a practical test built from your real work. Then a background check.

Once we place someone, they are our employee and a member of your team. We run their payroll, HR and leave. You add them as a user on your own tools, and you direct the work.

Hi, I'm Racquel from the Philippines. I work as an Executive Assistant and Operations Coordinator, supporting administrative tasks, project coordination, recruitment, client communication, and day-to-day operations.

Before this, I gained over eight years of experience in executive assistance and recruitment. I'm good at staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and improving processes. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, and learning new tools that make work more efficient.

Hi I'm Chickie, the Staffing Coordinator at Finch Harbor, where I help connect businesses with skilled remote employees. Before joining the team, I spent several years as an Executive Assistant, supporting business owners with operations, recruitment, and project coordination.

I'm from the Philippines and enjoy building strong working relationships, keeping projects on track, and making sure both clients and the employees we place have the support they need to succeed. Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies and spending quality time with my family. It's my favorite way to relax, recharge, and make meaningful memories with the people who matter most to me.

Hi, I'm Althea! With over six years of experience helping businesses grow, I'm passionate about business development and love building genuine relationships that help businesses grow. Seeing a conversation turn into a meaningful business relationship is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Outside of work, I'm always on the lookout for a great coffee shop or restaurant to try, and I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. I love meeting new people, exploring new places, and bringing that same energy and curiosity into the relationships I build every day.

Hi, I'm MJ from Davao City, Philippines. I work as a Web Developer and Technical Lead, supporting frontend architecture, UI/UX design, modern web application development, and AI tool integration.

With a background in Computer Science and Data Science, I've gained extensive experience building websites from the ground up and managing technical projects. I'm good at solving complex development challenges, utilizing modern frameworks like React and Next.js, and designing intuitive user experiences with Figma and Framer.
